Suwannee Springfest Lineup Announced!



Suwannee Springfest at the Spirit of the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park in Live Oak, Fl. has released its full lineup, and it is a tasty mix of top-notch singer-songwriters and progressive newgrass that'll make a fine weekend indeed. The fest happens March 25 -28. You can get tickets here.

Frenzied, fun, fantastic Slamgrass  troubadours Leftover Salmon headline. Cajun-bluegrass-jam rockers Donna The Buffalo, punkgrass Tornado Rider, high-energy Scythian, ridiculously talented Dread Clampitt and  the new Nashville band 18 South (with killer guitarist Guthrie Trapp), members of The Duhks, The Dirty Dozen Brass Band  and the Mosier Brothers will keep it stepping.

The roster of singer-songwriters is impressive.  Jonathan Edwards hits Suwannee for the first time. Also  Robert Earl Keen,  bring tears-to-your-eyes Verlon Thompson, Joe Craven, Jim Lauderdale, Roy Book Binder, Grant Peeples arnd the New 76ers, Peter Rowan, and Gatorbone Trio.


Also new to Springfest this year is Ruthie Foster, who was nominated for a Grammy in the Best Contemporary Blues Album category for her record “The Truth According To Ruthie Foster.”

You can't beat the camping at this beautiful park and the crowd is just beautiful!
